This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for obtaining a refund from Acquire Investment.   This refund policy applies to all clients of Acquire Investment, including companies, pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, private banks, nonprofits, and individuals. It encompasses the management of hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity, venture capital, and other financial investments for third parties. It also includes the management of publicly issued fund shares for both open-end funds and closed-end funds.  

Refund Eligibility: Acquire Investment will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in situations where our services have not met the agreed-upon performance objectives or if there has been a breach of our contractual obligations. Refunds for publicly issued fund shares, including open-end funds and closed-end funds, will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the respective fund's prospectus or offering documents.   

Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, clients should contact our Client Services department via phone or email. Our team will guide clients through the necessary steps and provide any additional information or documentation required. Clients must provide relevant information such as their full name, contact information, account details, investment information, reason for the refund request, and supporting documentation.   

Review and Evaluation: Upon receiving the refund request and all required information, Acquire Investment will promptly review and evaluate the request. This process may involve consultation with our investment professionals, legal team, or other relevant parties.    
Refund Determination and Disbursement: Acquire Investment will make every effort to process refund requests in a timely manner. The final decision on the refund will be communicated to the client in writing, outlining the rationale behind the decision. If the refund request is approved, Acquire Investment will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be determined based on the agreed-upon terms or the specific terms outlined in the fund's prospectus or offering documents. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.    

Modifications to the Refund Policy: Acquire Investment reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
